CEDAR PLANK SALMON

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2-4 cedar planks
  • 2-4 salmon filets
  • 3-4 lemons
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp MFT seasoning

 

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Prep cedar planks by soaking in water for an hour.
  2. Prepare charcoal grill.
  3. Generously coat filets in MFT Original rub, fresh chopped dill and lemon slices. Place on planks when ready.
  4. Grill planks at 325F-350F for 10-15 mins depending on fillet size.
  5. To serve, garnish with fresh dill and lemon juice.
