Scott's mother, Cynthia, started teaching him how to cook as soon as he could reach the counter and he couldn’t learn fast enough. He was the kid hovering around the kitchen as she prepared meals, tagging along to the store and helping her in the garden.
Scott learned early how to pair foods to enhance natural flavors and traveled the world expanding his culinary experiences. However, he never found a comparison to his mom’s cooking sauce that she used on BBQ, her famous meatballs and noodles, in casseroles and crock pot recipes.
Since Scott's mom's passing in 2006, it’s been his goal to keep her longstanding tradition of bringing family together with food alive. He strives to do so by purveying a product that facilitates home cooked creations with natural ingredients, which resulted in the creation of My Family Tradition Sauce.
