MFT Catering is a local gourmet catering company based out of Boise, Idaho. We cater big and small; Private parties, weddings, corporate lunches and dinners, beer and wine pairings, and big events. MFT specializes in barbecue using natural meats and lump charcoal, fresh local ingredients, organic when possible, and all scratch-made. Allergy needs easily accommodated upon request; gluten free, dairy free, soy free, wheat free, nut free, egg free.

You name the date and place and we'll bring the food! Full service catering made simple. Buffet line includes rustic wood chafing dishes for hot dishes and meat with salads served in nice glass ware and decorative menu signs for all. We provide plates, flatware, napkins, tables, linens, MFT sauces, and more.

OPEN CHARCOAL GRILL

When the venue permits we like to break out the grill and get the good smells flowing. We've got charcoal grills small to big including asada style open pit grills. Open fire grilling creates a great atmosphere for parties - let us impress your guests at your next event.
