Organic Apple Cider Vinegar made locally in Fruitland, Idaho using organic Washington Apples. This spectacular ACV contains the mother and is completely raw, unfiltered and undiluted. We do not filter or dilute our ACV down to standardize acidity but rather leave it as it was fermented. In addition to selling the raw ACV we also use it in all of our sauces!
